STEP 1

Enquiry

Get in touch!! Give us a call, Use the contact us page or send us a message via our socials – Whatever best suits yourself, Our custom-built CRM will pick up the lead and we will get in touch.

STEP 2

Quote

Our well-trained staff can quote off emailed measurements, or we can send one of experienced experts to you. Our friendly and well knowledged team are fit to measure up and quote on the spot. You will receive expert advice and competitive pricing whilst making sure the quality isn’t compromised.

STEP 3

Quote Acceptance

Clarify any quires or questions – our knowledge is broad and diverse. Use us, gain clarity to the process and make sure you understand and are happy with everything involved. Its very important to all parties that the process and quote is very clearly understood. Once we are all on the same page we ask that you formally accept the quote and pay the 10% deposit to commit to the next stage of the process.

STEP 4

SITE CHECK

Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit has been received, We send out one of our in-house wizards (qualified laser technician) to conduct a site check using our industry leading technology to do a digital scan of your kitchen, bathroom, foyer or area that is being dressed with stone. Once site Check is completed we will kindly ask that you pay the progress payment so that we can secure your materials and start the production on your custom-built stone benchtop.

STEP 5

INSTALLATION

Our well experienced Ninjas will ready your prefabricated Custom stone benchtop for installation. The lead installer will contact you on approach along with the office organising and liaising with yourself in the days leading up to the installation. We can only presume that everything will flow smoothly, once completed we will kindly ask that you fill out the customer satisfaction form and pay the final balance owing.
